Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m often one of the first people you'll connect with at everwell and I consider it a true privilege to be part of this important first step.

As a psychotherapist myself, I know just how personal and vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support—and how much courage it takes. Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time or coming back after some time away, this process can bring up a lot of questions and emotions. My goal is to help you feel grounded and comfortable from the start, offering a warm, non-judgmental space where you can share openly and feel truly heard.

I’m here to walk you through the process, answer your questions (big or small), and help make this first step feel a little less overwhelming. I deeply value connection, authenticity, and trust, and I bring that into every consultation.I look forward to connecting with you and helping you take the next step toward healing, growth, and feeling more like yourself again.

What do you think are the biggest misconceptions about mental health?

“That mental health struggles are a sign of weakness! People experiencing mental health challenges aren’t weak, and it takes a great deal of courage and strength to reach out for help! We wouldn’t tell someone with a cold that they are weak, nor should we with mental health. We never know the challenges someone is facing—being kind goes a long way!”

What do you like most about what you do?

“I feel honoured to be able to connect with so many people at the beginning of their mental health journey! I enjoy answering questions, and discussing the therapeutic process!“

What would you like a client to say about working with you?

“Taking the first step to connect with a therapist can feel vulnerable, and I completely understand that! I do my best to be create a safe space where client's can express themselves freely. My goal is for clients to leave their consultation feeling valued, understood and confident in their next steps with everwell!”

What’s something that people would be surprised to learn about you?

“I've recently started learning American Sign Language (ASL). I'm really enjoying the process—I would love to offer services in ASL one day!”

What is your favourite way to spend your weekend?

“I love wrapping myself up in a bunch of cozy blankets and pillows, finding a comfy spot, and diving into a good book. It’s one of my favourite ways to relax and escape for a little while—simple, warm, and the perfect way to wind down.”

How do you drink your coffee?

“I believe a good cup of coffee is the perfect start to any day. My current go-to is either a protein latte with sugar free hazelnut syrup or a double double!”
