This isn’t a therapy group — it’s a dynamic, empowering space where women come together to share their journeys, lift each other up, and tap into the strength within this powerful life transition. Wherever you are on your journey of menopause, this group is for you!

Meet your facilitator! Monica Dosanjh, RSW is a Social Worker with more than 20 years experience supporting individuals and couples through various life transitions. Monica is also a certified menopause coach. This group is Monica’s way of creating safe, supportive and social spaces for women navigating menopause. You’re going to love it!

The Menopause Mingle will meet weekly starting Monday April 14th from noon-1pm (EST). Meetings will be held virtually with a small group of women committed to supporting each other through this 6-week journey. The cost is $150 for all 6 weeks.
