A beginner’s mindset, a fresh perspective. That’s what spring is all about.
At first we wondered if the focus on new beginnings and fresh starts was somehow out of keeping with the many serious issues facing our world right now. But as we developed content and resources over the month, we came to realize that a fresh start or a new way of doing things can be perfectly in line with the healing that our world so badly needs. And we all know where healing our world begins, don’t we? It begins with healing ourselves.
Healing can take many forms. We can spend time alone - allowing ourselves to feel and think and breathe is always available. We can heal our physical space through a gentle look at which ‘things’ are serving us and which ones are not. We can heal our relationships by making mindful choices to curate relationships that contribute to our lives in a meaningful way.
